Lauren’s event management journey began during her undergraduate years at Northern Illinois University in 2013, where she co-produced a tribute show to the 90’s and also worked as Event Staff for NIU’s Event Production Services. Working closely with event curator Randiss Hopkins, Lauren took on various roles, from selecting the venue to coordinating performances. This hands-on experience paved the way for freelance opportunities and helped her build a strong professional network, eventually leading to the growth of her own business clientele.
