We offer 3 different packages for our clients:

THE ‘ESSENTIAL’ PLANNING PACKAGE

  • Initial Consultation - (fee is waived if package is booked)
    ** (Includes services from the ESSENTI + ESSENTIA Packages) 

  • Help create website, flyer or brochure for event

  • Accompany you or an Authorized Representative at all fittings, tastings and site visits

  • Help with creating any of the event or reception items (invitations, programs, menus, etc.)

  • Help with organizing transportation coordination for you and your guests

  • Help with booking and negotiating hotel slots for guests

  • Help organizing RSVP's

  • Lead event manager and 3 assistants for the event (staffing dependent on guest count)

  • Help sending "thank you" cards after event 

UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE

THE ‘ESSENTIA’ PLANNING PACKAGE

  • Initial Consultation - (fee is waived if package is booked)

  • Comprehensive meeting with you and your designers to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences 

  • Accompany you or an authorized representative to (2-3) site/venue visits for walkthrough

  • Design support for all aspects of the event

  • Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from event manager’s arrival  

  • Team of experts day of     

    • Lead event manager and up to 1-2 assistants for the event (staffing dependent on guest count)

  • Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly

  • Thorough vendor details

    • Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

    • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor 

  • Handle clients “final touches,” such as:

    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book

  • Assist with direction of guest seating for events

THE ‘ESSENTI’ PLANNING PACKAGE

We want you to fully enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples and individuals that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their event day finally arrives. Your “day of coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.

Event planning services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Initial Consultation - (fee is waived if package is booked)

  • Thorough walkthrough of the venue

  • Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from Event Manager’s arrival  

  • Create detailed timeline of events and distribute materials accordingly

  • Thorough vendor details

    • Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

    • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor 

  • Handle clients “final touches,” such as:

    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book

  • Assist with direction of guest seating for event, questions and overall direction
